HElp with Pansat 2700 4 newbie

In the Antenna Setup i go to echo 8.10/ku, I have 37% of level and no quality at all. . I uploaded the bin X-87bl api:75-2.13_Eubx Boot ver: 75 12 sep 2007.Can anyone help.
