Wednesday, October 10, 2007 - 21:38 GMT The M1 will do in the ballpark of 2000rms at 1/4 ohm for a few seconds, long enough for burping in competition. At recommended impedance of 1 ohm it will hang with amps such as the KX1200.1, Massive 1500d, ect., pretty much any amp rated around 1200-1500rms. As for an exact rating, I dont know but I've done quite a bit of testing with them and I know what they they're comparable to. The M1a, thats a different story. It isnt as powerful as the M1. I was not impressed when we got them in stock, hmm, that may be misleading...The M1a IS rated correctly, the M1 was modestly rated, quite modestly actually. The M1a isnt overrated, but the M1 was so underrated when comparing the two it seemed like the M1a wasnt all that, wow, what screwed up post, sorry to be so confusing. new M1a= good old M1 = gooder

Wednesday, October 10, 2007 - 21:51 GMT Funny how they did that, there is a day/night difference from a Z1 and Z1a. You think they would have taken the same route with the M series. Polo..
