As for the first design with port firing back. Here are two other designs with the port firing up: This one has the port still at 4 x 10 x 19 1/2.  This one, the port is 5 x 8 x 18 11/16  |

As for the port itself, keep in mind that kicker spec's state the port area for 3 cu.ft. @ 2.5" x 16.25" or 40 5/8" sq.in., so, 4 x 10 = 40 sq.in. of port area is on the mark. Sweating that 5/8 isn't going to squat one way or the other. |

The one day on another forum out of the blue someone pointed me to Sketch Up and when I first starting posting sketch up drafts on forums, everyone wanted to know what program I was using and the rest is history. |

Inside the box i have filled it with polyfill, and it is a single chamber box. I want to do a round port, simply for the ease of it all. I am thinking about using 4" pvc from homedepot, and using a hole saw that way i am sure to get a perfect circle. MY question is how long do iu need to make the pvc, and do i use 1 or 2 of them?
