Just got a viewsat pro. everything's working fine except i cant seem to be able to change the screen ratio. The user manual shows tv std, screen ratio, dolby digital and adjust video for selectios. but only dolby digital and adjust video are selectable. tv std is greyed out and screen ratio doesnt even show on the menu. has anyone come across this problem?
