Sunday, September 09, 2007 - 16:03 GMT . You can do that as long as you don't believe the speakers have 200 watts. Most people who try playing guitar through their home system end up breaking the home system. Guitar players are like that, yeah, they are.

Sunday, September 09, 2007 - 18:52 GMT Tried that when I was kid. Ended up wrecking my speakers - plus it sounded terrible to boot.

Wednesday, September 12, 2007 - 17:35 GMT Me too. It works, but is not to be recommended. Home Hi-Fi is not a guitar amp. Be on the safe side - buy a guitar amp instead. V
