nice, i'd have bought it. hows' it run? looks like it was kept pretty damn clean, all you really need to do to it is better rims and window tinting.

Runs like a champ. AC blows ice cold. I live in Wisconsin and this car was never driven in the winter which is a huge deal here cause it means little rust from the salt. Later today I will be installing my headunit and yes tint is in the works to be installed in the near future.

Damn man, I don't see one dent or even a ding on that thing, and the inside is cherry -- nice! Like someone above said, get some wheels (but not ghetto flashy) and in the meantime take it to a tire shop and have them flip the tires around, whitewalls are heinous. That car went for over $36,000 in '93. I still say that the seats in those Caddies are some of the most comfortable ever made. Congrats.

Thanks for the good words guys. I like it a lot so far. I installed my headunit tonight and it looks good in there and sounds amazing for stock speakers, way better than my last car. I will take some pics of it tomorrow when its light out. I would love some rims on it but it will be a while before I can afford that.

nice score. Whats it got for a power plant? 4.9 liter? Also, I would recess that front bumber, that thing sticks out a mile. I would also add a hood scoop and a tail wing, and maybe some side pipes. And jack the back up like 6 inches with some meat under there like some 60/355. But thats just me.

My favorite car,
the "trunk full of bunnies" hillbilly Fury that rolls, after picking up "Thunderbolt and leadfoot"

Its a Old clint Eastwood movie from the 70's

Yea, it would look freakish with all that sh1t. i would just tint it with Bronze. It would look better then the smoke color, being the car is brown.
I would keep it close to stock. Maybe some wheels down the line like you said, But caddy wheels are classy.

Well the reason I got such a good deal on it is cause my dad is good friends w/ a guy that owns his own car dealership and he just took this in on trade.

Looks very clean. My mom used to have one of those a while back- That 4.9 pulls great till it gets up to around 70 or so. Love the comfort of that interior. Nice car- esp for 2500.

I am surprised how much better it sounds with that headunit in compared to the stock one. It gets a lot louder and sounds cleaner. Now I need some subs. Or just an amp to push those 10s I won.

136K doesnt mean its "saying that it feels like its dying" as long as the maintence been kept up and the car wasnt abused, he said it was a old man i doubt he's flooring it. Does it run pretty quiet?

That car is clean as hell.Even if you had to replace the engine I still think it's worth it.

There is nothing wrong with it mechanically it runs perfect, quiet, and has plenty of power. I am sure that the maintenance has been kept on it just because of how well it looks. I am sure someone who took care of the car that good wouldnt just neglect the mechanical part of the car.

"my explorer have 180k miles and can beat the cr@p out of most blazers....."

You have a good Explorer. You got lucky :-) My aunt's Explorer has lots of problems and it only has 30k miles and hasn't been abused.

i know the only problem that was serious to me was that it was wasting too much oil but it was the oil filter :-)...

i love my truck no matter if is 180k miles or a 96 one of the best trucks i ever had.... and well.. i think im a keep it and well my truck really deserves a special gift... i was thinking a brand new v8 engine but not a regular explorer/mustang engine a kick azz engine... but i think im a start saving since today i spent 896.3 dollars to be exact on the baby
