Pansat 2700A help?

I have this genuine Pansat2700A for3years.I already upgrade it to b75 by loading bin 310 then bin 120 then late bin 208.It looks ok to me.Now I want to load channel list. But I can not do it. I use gtool and channel editor 2700A but it keeps error loading. Anybody help.help. TIA one more question: what is bin 205?

I would use Channel master, if I was uploading a channel list...but I prefer not using channel lists, and simply just do satellite or blind scan...
