You are supposed to fuse it for what your alternator is rated at. ex. I have a 200A alternator so my fuse is a 200A fuse. Now some people do fuse and say that you dont need to. But I just did it to be on the safe side. |

I have a 300amp fuse on mine...as well as a 300amp fuse on my 0/1 gauge amp wire before it get to the distro block which has 150 & 60 amp fuses |
