My pioneer vsx-d811s has an audio issue with the digital surround inputs. When the dvd player has been paused and then you start it again it causes a pulsing digital noise in a few of the speakers. This is fixed when you turn it off then back on again. Also, it emits a hum to a random speaker when some dvds change from the menu to the movie. It seems to do it after it's been on awhile, but not with every movie. Any suggestions? It gets really loud and seems like it would hurt the speakers.
