I was looking at getting some subs for my new truck that would fit under the rear seats. I was interested in the DD9100 10's, does anyone know of better subs that would fit? Also how much do the 9100's cost?

I found some custom boxes that would work. they are in a downfire position for them to fit at http://www.subthump.com/silverado.htm
My only question now is if these boxes would sound good with the 9100?

Since you are going sealed, I recommend looking at the RD Elite or SI BM. Are you wanting a 2000 rms setup or smaller?

2000rms is what I was looking at but if I have to go smaller because of the space I will. anyone got any suggestions?

The RD Elites will handle 1000 rms and like small sealed boxes as well. Shoot me an email.

FYI DD subs are known for needing large ported boxes and will not work well in sealed boxes.

ahhh, contrare monfrare. 9100 works well in sealed. ppl on dd forum have tested them, go check it out. but your right, every other DD sub and even 9100 would probably sound better in ported but 9100 can sound good in sealed. PS - where u been MS? everything good?
