I'm going to be running Peerless Exclusive 7"/Seas Neo tweeter for the sound stage.

Want to know if the jl 450/4 giving 150wrms to the Exclusives will be too much or perfect for midbass/range, will I even be using all the power? Should I go with something around 75-100wrms and save money? Will I be able to hear the difference?

Should I find a 75wrms x 4 instead and save money?

If you have the money now, then get the bigger amp now so that you won't have to upgrade later. Everyone, sooner or later upgrades for more power.
