Tuesday, July 03, 2007 - 08:24 GMT thats a close one. i imagine if both were setup in optimal enclosures and powered properly the cvrs might be louder but the bl would probably sound better. could be wrong tho. ive heard cvrs and they do get loud.

Tuesday, July 03, 2007 - 14:27 GMT I'd go with the SX with 1500rms. FI and the SX are two good sub's can't go wrong with that setup.

Tuesday, July 03, 2007 - 17:22 GMT u want spl but your sub is gunna be in an 8 cuft box? i would recommend a 4 - 5 cuft box and a tune around 38 - 45 (depending on the vehicle). an sx sounds good in any of these tunings. at 45hz the highs are insane, and it can still grab the lows nicely...35hz is a good sql tuning for the sx....its a median i think for this sub that grabs all the notes nicely
