Hey - I will post pics.. but the circular saw was a little dull and there is maybe a half inch space between the boards in one part of my box - the rest is good.. silicon should seal that fine right?

1/2" is to much to seal with caulk or silicine

TAKE A pic of the seems so i can see what you mean

i would cut a brace an seem it with that but need to see to know for sure

as you can see.. it is sealed( left) all the way up until the end of the cut... (right)

I'm not sure what I'm seeing here. On the right, where the silicon is at its' widest. Is that the gap you're talking about??

If it is I would suggest cutting another piece and screw and glue into the corner to cover that canyon.

no that was just the wood glue.. i filled it with some silicon and it filled pretty good... I'll see what happens after everything is said and done.. it really wasnt that big after the glue dried
