I am still waiting on the 12" Alpha, but everything else is here and ready to be installed. This way I will have time to answer any questions or hear any comments before I get started with everything. Vehicle: 2000 V6 Mustang This will be the setup: HU: Pioneer DEH-p880prs Amps: Sundown SAX-100.2 and SAZ-1500D Subwoofer: RD Audio 12" Alpha Components: Cadence 6.5" CVL's Wiring: Kicker dual amplifier 1/0 gauge wiring kit. I will put some pictures of it up for you tonight. Some people have problems with engine noise coming through on it thought. And that is a very common problem with Pioneer HU's. But with a good install most of those problems can be fixed. And here is the pictures of the Enclosure/Amps/Crossovers all mounted. But the good news is, with a good install it CAN be fixed!!! I highly doubt it is because you are running the RCA cables near the power wire. That has never been the case for me, but some people seem to think that is the problem. Mine was in and working fine for about a month, then all of a sudden I was getting engine whine in my speakers. I am not sure what caused it all of a sudden, but it was easy enough to fix. |
