Kenwood just released a HU with an internal hard drive that you can rip cd directly into it. Its storage is pitifully small right now, But give it a few years and HU"s will have built in 20 gig hard drives that can be updated thru laptop, or usb thumbdrives, or WiFi, FTW. Just my fantasy future. |

Platinum Member Username: BestmankindLos Angeles, CA USA Post Number: 12965 Registered: Oct-05 | i am telling you tremor. get the pioneer 6900ub. you can hook up a usb flash drive to it. it sounds clean and the thing will never skip on you. even with a cd it doesn't skip. well mine started skipping when i was hitting 148db on the tl. but with the usb drive never skips. it has a 4v preout also. i can get it for you for $195 and you just pay me $10 bux for shipping. brand new in box from a store i know. it even has 1 year warranty. |
