a 15 inch wangers club sticker

I have 2 left btw. 1 goes to the winner, 1 left for me, and 2 more just to have or sell. but anyways...

New box today. Its going to be 8cuft tuned to 40hz with interchangeable port. Subs to the side and port back. I'll have 6000rms total power. If I see major voltage drop, down to 12.4volts, I'll have a minimum of 5300rms or so. So throw some #'s around if your interested and want a sticker.

he said tuned to about 40hz. maybe 45hz and he said I'll have blocks to use to detune it. I don't know what he meant by that but it sounds good.

"he said tuned to about 40hz. maybe 45hz and he said I'll have blocks to use to detune it. I don't know what he meant by that but it sounds good."

Go with 45hz.You'll hit a higher number more than likely but it won't make much of a daily box.

rick quigley is the winner. The highest I hit was 149.7dB's at 45hz. On the TL legal of course. Please send me your shipping info.

and just to be generous, twiztid gets a sticker also. I hit 149.6dB more than I hit 149.7dB. Please send shipping info as well.

Did not make a vid of the score, but Chad will verify for me when he gets back.

Also I hit 145.9dB for bassracing.

Berny, what kind of electrical system you got?

Not to criticize you at all, but since Drivingreckless is doing 147s with one DD 9515, and Canaan is doing 149s with that same sub, it seems to me that your two 15"s with 2x the power should do at least 150...... It's got to either be the box or electrical..... how much voltage drop did you get?

dam thats only hitting 149? then maybe my sound meter isnt broke and i just have a sheity sense for db... i have 1 15" mb quart... powered with PG octane r 15.0.1, only metered at 121.5, its a walmart meter tho so idk... if your hitting 149 with 2 15s, and 6000 RMS then it seems about rite =(

not a lot of voltage drop. It is somewhere in the 13V range. No lower than 13v's. And 149.7 is what I did. 2 odyssey 2150 batteries and a 260/155 irragi alt. From here on out, its little tips and tricks to get that extra .3db.

ive thought about using box angled additions around the enclosure to see what helps....like in front of the subwoofer perhaps.....you never no till you try...I love havin an spl meter that measures up to 150 db with 10 th readings

In all honesty you should be able to hit 150 with one of those amps. Those are some monsters but there has to be something producing a barrier keeping you from obtaining that score. How much sound deadener do you have and what is the box tuned to? Polo..

It probaly would hit higher if I told him to build me a pure spl box. But I wanted a daily box. Not a lot of competitions pop up so this is good for me. The box is tuned to 40hz or a little more. My car peaked out at 45hz though. All in all, I'm still satisfied with my score.

If you really wanted the p3000.1, get it from kevin. I'm sure he'll give you a good deal.
