Post Number: 1035 Registered: Dec-06 | no they go to the beat of the music. i can press a button and they stay on like normal neaons. I can also adjust the sensitivity to i can play the music louder and quieter and they still go to the beat of the music. |

Gold Member Username: Snarl2004Audioque 12 SD2.5s, Earthquake P... Post Number: 1036 Registered: Dec-06 | ya. the 20 i cant rly see cuz its behind my box but its very bright if i look back there. As you can see in the pics it reflects on the roof. The ones under the dash are only 9" each but still very bright for their size. When the musical interface is on they dont seem as bright cuz there always going on and off with the music. When there just on like normal neons they are very bright and i rly like them. I thinking about moving the 20 so it can be seem easyer but idk yet. |

Silver Member Username: SplmonsterC-Town, OH USA Post Number: 821 Registered: May-06 | as long as the bulbs are outta sight and they arent like red or blue ( cuz they could be confused for an emergency vehicle) i dont see why they would get mad |
Silver Member Username: TatonkaPost Number: 222 Registered: Mar-07 | I had the underglow blueline series, and 2 15" tubes under my dash. the BEST place to buy anything sreetglow is newlevelmotorsports.com they have the BEST prices. |
Silver Member Username: DkchillinVermont Post Number: 446 Registered: Mar-05 | Looks good, but I'll stick with my Cold Cathodes from Oznium. Pretty much that same setup (2 12 inch kits [2 cathodes per kit] - music interface and a 15 inch cathode with built in interface) would be around $35 shipped. Just my opinion though. |
Silver Member Username: Dakangofkrunk16PLANET EARTH, FLA Post Number: 841 Registered: Mar-07 | damn those Ozniums look brighter and much cheaper not bad i think i'll go wit those they have a music interface cause id dint see it ? |
Silver Member Username: DkchillinVermont Post Number: 447 Registered: Mar-05 | Oznium Music Interface I love their stuff. Great service, cheap shipping and the cathodes are very bright. I got mine in red and I've never seen red neons look anywhere near as good. There are some good people in their forum if you have questions. |
Silver Member Username: Dakangofkrunk16PLANET EARTH, FLA Post Number: 842 Registered: Mar-07 | wait nvm i found it dam only 6 bucks for it does it work good do u gt vids of it in action |
Silver Member Username: DkchillinVermont Post Number: 448 Registered: Mar-05 | I honestly think music interface is cheesy, I have mine on switches. The Sunbeam interface they offer has gotten mixed reviews but you can get any interface and wire it up to the cathodes. |
Silver Member Username: Dakangofkrunk16PLANET EARTH, FLA Post Number: 843 Registered: Mar-07 | it is a lil cheezy but i would only have it on when im showin off lol gfl would def love it especially if they got ADD them lites would make em go crazy i got ADD and i like to look at lites n stuff lol |

Silver Member Username: Goodie_goopMidland, Texas U.S. Post Number: 542 Registered: Oct-06 | ummm that wire looks a little bigger then 10 gauge lol |
Silver Member Username: DkchillinVermont Post Number: 449 Registered: Mar-05 | Nick, I've had nothing but good luck with Oznium. If you go on their forum (link) there are TONS of people who can vouch for them. They're a pretty small company and the owner generally handles any issues himself. If something breaks in shipping he'll generally replace it for free. Great products and great service. There are plenty of people on the Grand Am forum I frequent who have gotten lighting from them, that's actually where I found out about them, GA Owners Club. |
Silver Member Username: TatonkaPost Number: 234 Registered: Mar-07 | Hey darek...how bright are the Cold cathode kits. I'm wanting to light up the whole interior of my car. |
Gold Member Username: Th3pwn3rPost Number:... Post Number: 2283 Registered: Jul-06 | I wouldn't dare waste any bit of power for some fancy lights.I use all my power for amps. |
Gold Member Username: Snarl2004Audioque 12 SD2.5s, Earthquake P... Post Number: 1082 Registered: Dec-06 | the 10 gauge has to strands together so i may look bigger but its still only 10 gauge |
Silver Member Username: DkchillinVermont Post Number: 450 Registered: Mar-05 | Nick, I find them to be very bright, especially the colors that would tend to be less bright in neon (red, orange). The other colors are just as bright as neon in my opinion and the cost and ease of use makes it a no brainer for me. Plus they pull so little power (.7amps per set) that you can wire up a ton of them an not have to worry about drawing too much power. I know some people on the Oznium forum who have 20+ sets hooked up. |
