Trying to build/tune a box, Any help please???

Silver Member Username: Sinful_systems7015 INCH WANG... Post Number: 786 Registered: Nov-06 | I have a JL Audio 15W3v1 and I want to build a box for it this weekend. It will be 3.5 cu.ft. ported. What should I tune the box to when using this sub? I am looking for something in the middle, SPL and SQ. So SQL I guess but I want it to sound good but still have good SPL. (Sub up, port back is what it will be if that will make a difference in tuning). What is an average or good tuning for my application? Thanks in advance.. |

I want to start building later today... Anyone think this enclosure above is good? Is the port to big/wide? It is only 1.25 inches of an opening but it will be roughly 32" wide...
