Viewsat ultra newbie needs help please

Picked 119 and 110 Sats. Scanned the channels. I can't get a picture to show up on the tv. On the menu it keeps saying autoroll processing and stays there. Also the menu screen keeps flashing on and off. Please help. Thanks folks
