First of all capacitor = waste of money

Next, with a 1500 watt system you won't need extra batteries.

You probably will need an HO alternator. Make sure to get one with good regular amperage and idle amperage ratings. I recommend these companies:

honestly, without knowing what amp you're planning to use there's no specific info we can give you.

If you use a 1000w class d amp (1000w at 1 ohm) most any stock electrical system should have you covered.
A 1500w class d - most modern charging systems with a 110-140A alt should do it w/o a lot of trouble.
If you're thinking 2000w, or 1000w high current a/b you should probably start shopping for an HO alt alt.

Do you know what your stock alt is?
Do you know what condition your battery is in?

If your alt's decent size, and your batt's in good shape I wouldn't do much, personally. Maybe check for any obvious corrosion, or obviously undersized wires (alt to batt, batt to chassis, chassis to block)...otherwise - install it, see how it runs, make changes if you need them.

90A isn't a big alt, especially if your car has a lot of stock electronic options.

You might want to see what is available as far as an alternator upgrade

Since you already have an extra battery in the back, I would just do the big 3 upgrade(with 1/0 wire) and definately use 1/0 wire for your amp. You should be fine with that for ~1500w of class d power. When picking an amp, definatley do class d.
