B&W 600 series 3 setup, but what sub to use? Help!

I'm purchasing the B&W 602.5, LCR 60, 600 for the surrounds in the cherry wood finish, powered by an Onkyo SR-601. I'm not quite sure what sub to get. I auditioned a ASW600 but wasnt too impressed although the listening area was large. You guys have any ideas or suggestions. My max budget would be $1000 for the sub. What do you guys think of the Sunfire from Carver? But i think its too expensive
