Need an unlock code for a Blaupunkt Opel Card300(D) fitted to a Corsa

My dad recently bought a Corsa from a secondhand dealer and everything was fine until his battery died now the radio is stuck in safe mode and he didn't get any documentation with the radio I removed the head unit and there were labels on it (please don't laugh)a couple of them were four digits long and I tried a couple naively thinking some kindly soul may have put the labels on after a service or something to act as a reference for the code. So I now have 8 more attempts to enter the correct code or I don't know maybe the car will self destruct or something like that any way the serial number for the unit is GM1300V6548643 Part no is 7 645 852 320 as it appears on the label . If anyone could help me with this I would greatly appreciate it. ThanQ
