Hi, I need some help understanding why my viewsat platinum is not showing properly and the signal is low and next to none. i have the latest Bin and it loads okay but when i try to download the channels i get 150.any help would be appreciated.
Connect the coax directly to the reciever and check your quality,if low re-adjust your dish for best signal.If your using a switch,check the switch settings and switch condition.they can go bad at anytime for no reason.Since your getting aprox 150 channels ,depending on what sat your aimed at,I'd lean toward a poor dish alignment,or coax connections.Really need more info on your setup to help you further.
