Hi, I have a single lnb that is pointed at 110 I actually want to get 119 right now. I am just wondering what way to look for the right bird. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
Standing behind the Dish you turn right by 9 degrees. Have somebody looking at the screen to see the quality of signal and fine tune vertical tilt. By the way, you will not get most of PPV, which are currently on 110, but you will get a good EPG. Why not add another LNB on a two LNB bracket?
Make sure you adjust elevation as well. I believe 119 is lower then 110. So you'll need to play with it. There are all kinds of calculators. Go to Lyngsat dot com and get one of their and simply put in your zip code. Make sure you do not select the Dish 500 option because it will not give you an accurate calculation
Yeah i bought a dual lnb but it did not go on even with the y yoke i bought from ebay because i think i have a different dish, the arm is really skinny and barely supports the double from dish....any suggestions or should i just purchase the whole setup off ebay for like 50? with the dish arm and the works?
