Where to go for Speaker Cable?

Who knows good sources for Home Theater Speaker Cable?

I'm estimating that I need to run about 250' - 300'.

Also any good suggestions for a cable sheath or something to contain the cables and attach them to the wall?

Home Depot has both, unless you're looking for real high end stuff.
