Are kicker speakers good?

ive notice that people on this forum think that kicker subs suck kicker amps are great so what does everyone think of their speakers?

only there high end stuff is decent..everything else is nothing special

so if i can get a pair of kicker 6.5"s for 80 bucks brand new should i get them or not they are more i dont know msrp but i know the owner is hooking me up cus the L7s retail for 380 and i got them both for 300 so should i get the 6.5"s or not

^^^agreed, i doubt many people here who are regulars would even pay for a sony amp, unless its the old stuff, way before the explode.

I wouldnt get Kicker. For the brand your dwindling in, IMO, for the money it would cost you to get what is really nic from them, your money can be better suited somewhre else. You'd be better off goin with alpine,or even premier comps, Infinity, JL.. . over kicker. . . . But personally I wouldnt go any of them (Cept Inf) unless I just had a lower set budget. And its not that thier not any good, cause they are mid to higher average, but not my cup of tea. Id increas my budget to like 150 or 200 or so. Need suggestions, whats you budget ?

my brother had some late '90's resolutions that sounded spectacular. They got jacked a couple years ago and he replaced them with RS's.

Again, excellent sounding speakers IMO.
