Any ECM (well really change in stream) would have affected ALL receivers not just clones. But my Fortec is a clone of Pansat 2500, so if that is the case it should have stopped working. |

New member Username: ThegimmerPost Number: 1 Registered: Dec-06 | It seems that Bev has started moving the PPV, Adult channels, and Events to the provider ID 904. This is the same thing that they have done with the NFL Sunday Ticket. The 0904 IDEA keys are being sent down in the cams private EMM-S keyset, meaning you would have to have an active sub. After ordering in the program, the keys are sent to that cam. For Sunday Ticket, the keychanges were taking place every 15 to 20 minutes during gametime. In my opinion, due to the many expected key changes (as proven for Sunday Ticket), AR is needed for those providers. Expect them to move the PPV, Adult, and Events to the 0904 provider. As usual, we may have to let this play out for a little bit before coders can take a look at this to react to it. Today, Bell has added all the adult channels, PB channel, and 1615 A&E. |

All channels are there, in order, and accounted for. PPV (saw the replay of UFC was airing), Adult (didn't matter which channel they are all lit up), and all the Premiums & Locals. I turned on the DN 110, perfect. I turned on the DN 119, perfect. I turned on the Bell 91, it waited for picture which to me means it's changing keys, and then everything lit up as it does every night when I get home. I will keep a watch on it? Sincerely, |

Well, of course we have had our fun lately. But, I believe there are some confirmed reports from sources that Map57 has been implemented on BEV. Look for Dish to follow suit. Two things are possibly happening here. Either BEV channels are moving to new provider (same as Sunday Ticket) or there is a REV update in the stream only for BEV now. I have read post where folks have lost VENus on their C00lsat 5000/6000 and decided to use their AUX card, and guess what, they came back in. Atemga's and other emulator type testing equipment are using map3b to work, and are black on certain channels. Look for more news as this week goes by. Hope you guys have your necessary equipment. Go dust off those card readers, get ready for IKS again, and of course the Viewsat will still be running hot(since last summer). Ok folks here is the scoop. It looks like BEV and DN both are starting to play some games on us today. I will break it down as I know it by provider so far BEV: Recent channel changes to Plyboy to the new providor index for NFL SUnday ticket seems to be expanding. Some Vu channels, Venus channels, and normal channels are making the switch today. So far VS and Pansat seem to be not affected by the changes, but Neusat, Captive Works, Skyview and C00lsat are. DN: Chuckie added a new provider id to his stream as well last night during the crazy key change some of us experienced, where they keys did not actually change. So far there I am missing about half of the international channels on 61.5, I would say look for more internationals to be hit later today. This so far has been affected on ALL stb's." |

Franco....DN did NOT burn up your disque swutch, thats impossible...just coincidence...it must have been ready to blow, thats all...they are only $7, keep a spare or 2, and weatherproof it in a tupperware container.. BTW....NEVER mess with switches and cables when RECEIVER is powered ON...unplug it first...if NOT, U will IMMEDIATELY blow a switch, and possibly a LNB.. |

I at least hope HBO West, Showtime West, and ESPN and ESPN2 will stay up until the end of the month. If you have an aux card and wish to view these channels, now is the time to pull it out & dust it off (use at your own risk). Reports of Xtremeview and C00lsat working again using the aux card solution. Sonicview and Viewsat appear to be unaffected.. Some of the cardless emu's aren't emulating the card as well as others and MAP calls may not be included, thus channels are going down. If your setup is going down, please report it here. This is for BEV porrn or Dishnet 61.5 foreign programming only so far. |

Bronze Member Username: PsychmonsterChi town, Il USA Post Number: 57 Registered: Jul-06 | IF DN is still screwing around with Map 57 or a derivative, its because they have do not have the budget or technology to counter the fix already in place, they have spent millions only to be thwarted from leakers inside thier own industry selling to VS and eventually all boxes..They knocked down subscribers running older IRD's at first, and had to pull it out of the stream because / or they are working on a better ECM that will knock down not only all FTA, but the 102 systems and card hacked systems....so far our luck has held, the programmers at DN so far are impotent...!!! |

For Pansat files go to FutureFTA For Viewsat file go to totalFTA But if you absolutely need to go elsewhere for a file, then go to the list of Reputable DSS Sites and pick a site there. My recommendations (besides the above): DSSCommunity DSSTesters Al7bar While Al7bar will be questioned, I've worked with them for some time now and I have no problems endorsing that site. |

But I can only recommend those sites I download from and have hands on experience. I normally go to DSS Testers not for files, but for information. And that they are very good at. The last thing I want to do is tell someone download from here and next thing you know their receiver is dead. I make it a point to download from a long list of sites and test the files myself before recommneding it. I am a member at so many sites I can't keep track of them anymore, but one thing is for sure, if I have a bad file from any of the sites listed as Reputable, I will be the first one to notify everyone to stay away. That however, has not happened. |

Pansatusa is the official site for original Pansat original files and loaders, so let me clarify my statement: The coders for Pansat post their files directly to FutureFTA. DSS Community/DSS Central also get their files from the coders themselves. The beauty of DSS Community is that the have pretty much all the coders posting there, rather then just one coder. |
