C/P from another site.. Here we go folks!

"Plaboy drops from BEV
Get ready for an interesting ride folks. It looks like BEV has decided to move Plaboy to provider ID 0905.

This is the same thing that they have done with the NFL Sunday Ticket. The 0905 IDEA keys are being sent down using the private EMM-S, which is CAM specific. This means if you aren't a subscriber, you aren't getting the IDEA keys for these channels. No keys = no tv. Key changes are also rumored to be taking place every few minutes on this provider ID. This is just the beginning, and I would expect PPV and the rest of the p*rn to follow suit. We've known this was coming for a while and there will be work-arounds coming in the future."

Dish may implement the same technique, but it would probably have to be more limited in scope because of their much larger subscriber base.
