I received new Pansat 3500SD 3 days back. I am unable to find the menu to enter the Nagravision key. The parental control only has the option to change the pin. Has some changes been done to the new Pansat boxes? Please advice
Menu button select Parental Controls 2nd PIN/enter 0000 Nagravision Select dishnetwork (top right, use r/l arrows) scroll down select key 0 scroll down enter the new keys (the letter keys are shown on the screen by function key). Check them carefully. scroll up select key 1 enter the new keys (same letter keys as above - bottom of screen). Check them carefully. Hit and hold OK until it flashes (red, bottom right) on the screen. exit out and watch TV
You may want to repeat the "Hit and Hold OK until it Flashes" after inputing the first set of keys. Sometimes they when you go to input the second set the first set clears back to what they were.
The only option I get when I choose Parental control is to change the pin. There is no option to enter the 2nd pin. The screen only allows me to enter new pin and confirm pin. Is something wrong with the box that I have?
