Silver Member Username: LuisdelbronxBronx, NY USA Post Number: 109 Registered: Jan-06 | I had to make some thick black letters or it wouldnt show lol, i know the type r is dirty lol, i bought one used in a dual sub box with this one in it too, i asked why is he only selling one and he said the other is blown and i can take it if it want. it was making a horrible rattling noise when i tested it, i noticed the surrounds were loose at the cone so i tried to center the cone as much as possible and pushed in and noticed there was no scratching feeling when centered so i took of the old glue and i tried some elmers glue and the thing works perfect, i read on some forums its okay to use elmers glue to repair surrounds but others say its not...i will buy speaker glue just in case this stuff comes off lol.. i know nobody asked but i felt happy when i realized i got a free Type R lol. i got lucky.    |
