just cut a piece of MDF to fit an use some weather stripping on where it meets the surfaces.

should be fine.. if you want cheap deadener go to lowes and get a roll of peal-n-seal for 15 bucks

damn i wish i took some pics before i put my box in.

what i did was i cut a piece of mdf in the shape of the back of the backseat. that way it fits right in there. then i deadend the backside of the wood. then i bolted down to the metal bar that goes across the top. for the bottome, i bolted down to the platform where my box sits. i put edead on the corner where the back and the bottom meat.

its nice and air tight now and the bass is so much more responsive and loud in my cabin now. i love it.

60 sq feet isn't even enough for a trunk! I bought that bulk roll from e-bay the BIG one and it barely covered my trunk, once..Polo.

i'd plan on buying at least 150sqft.+ if doing the entire car if i was you. depends on how many layers you want. i used a little over 200sqft. on just one car awile back.
