In my house we use one satellite and we split the signal into two boxes. Well everything went fine, but suddenly there was a TP autoupdate thing that popped up. So, I just ignored it and once it ended i noticed that i had lost some channels. So I went into the user settings and turned TP autoupdate off and it stopped updating my TPs. However, I still lost a few channels. All the channels that I lost were all horizontal. My other box (both are pansat 2700) works fine. When i went to manually input the TPs that I lost I discovered that I hadd no signal on those horizontal TPs. My other box which didn't have the TP autoudpdate on stil works fine and still has signal to those TPs. So, can anyone help me restore the TPs that I lost and get them to have signal.
BTW: my boz that works fine has around 92% for all TPs. So, I don't think it's the satellite problem. I've also tried to upload the new bin file in , but still nothing.
U need to replace the "splitter" aka SWITCH U have..flip flop the cables at switch and change the antenna receiver settings and see if problem changes to present GOOD box..it probably will, then just replace the cheap $7 disque switch
