Gold Member Username: LklivesPost Number: 6781 Registered: Jan-06 | could be a hundred things...hardware or software related..read a Pansat manual and dish pointing tips...at dsscommunity.c*om...Bev is done the EXACT same way as DN, except the keys and aiming the dish..so if U have/had DN, then U know the answer is in the keys or alignment.. |

Gold Member Username: LklivesPost Number: 6785 Registered: Jan-06 | If U KNOW 100%, the dish has NOT moved slightly by wind or weather elements.. or cable not eaten by a squirel or bird, or is weather beaten... the connections are NOT loose or corroded and your switch has NOT just gone bad (because they are so cheap and cheaply made) and is not weatherproofed... that U have rechecked your antenna/dish receiver settings and ARE in fact currently correct for Bev and/or DN sats and LNB's.. Then U may want to upload the factory bin, do a new scan, load the latest bin, recheck the antenna/dish settings again, wait and let keys autoroll or manually input them, and reboot the receiver.. |
