When cutting MDF wear a breathing aparatis and eye protection. MDF contains urea and formeldehyde which is a carcynogen (sp), dam it causes cancer, lol. Polo.. :-O

won) if the blade is dull on your table/skil saw...change it right then! A sharp blade is alot less likly to kick back on you...i dam near took a hand off using a dull blade bout a year ago.

tew) dont cut the $h^t out of yourself :-)

threave) Use woodglue on ALL joints, caulk the inside...some say use liquid nails but i have found that over time it gets kinda flaky.

fo) if using a skil-saw instead of a table saw, make sure you build yourself a gate to keep your cuts staight.

fo-n-a-haf) have a buddy help...it will go alot faster and save alot of trouble holding stuff in place.

bout 5) make sure you draw up a cut-sheet before you start...it will save you alot of time on rethinking cuts.

welp.. everything is about covered

don't put any screws within 1-1/2 of the edge of the wood or it might split on ya :-)

and wood glue is your best friend when it comes to box building.. don't get cheap and use something else for the joints
