Which shallow sub?

I wondering which was is better, Im pretty sure the Premire will be. They are both 12" SVC 4 ohm, and 350 watts. Are there better shallow subs out there besides these? Pioneer TS-SW1241D Premier 12" or Pioneer TS-SW3041D 12"
