okay i got an i-pod mini when they first came out and loaded all the stuff on my computer its worked fine for as long as i can remember, but i recently got a lap-top and now i have no idea how to load i-tunes on my new computer and transfer the songs that are on my i-pod to the new i-tunes. i have tried everything i downloaded i-tunes and then installed my i-pod but i cant open my songs. I still have my i-pod disk but that just installs i-tunes and then a new i-pod and my i-pod cannnot be opened. IF there is ANYONE who has any idea what to do please help me. There isnt a number i can call for help or anything because they only give you a 90 day comlimentary phone number and they wont help you if its over 90 days.
