Do you guys think this a good amp? and if it is what 1 12 or 2 12's would you use with it? I have about 4 cu ft in my trunk to work with. I lean a little towards SQ more than SPL but both are important and SQL subs are more than welcome :p
does he have enough room for 2 15's???????? I dont know bout that unless u seal em and even then it seems kinda small for 2 15's.............Id say go with a Q or an HD3
my budget for the subs is $1000, not sure if thats too cheap but I can go higher if need be. It also does scare me that I was planning on putting 2 Qs or 2 HD3s but you guys are saying just 1....any particular reason for that?
Well no offense, but that amp isnt the best for SQ systems lol. It's a lil powerful, but either way you can get 2 S.I. Mags or 2 12" Q's, don't know why they're telling you just one, I would def do the 2 12"s if you can fit them, you get that extra bit of SPL. PSSST, if you dont need an amp that big I'll take it off your hands, I can trade you an amp and some cash for it.
i would say get 2 12" mag's they would work perfect with that amp. also the mags sound very good and at the sametime can get very loud also what did u know theres a group sale going on lol
Well the reason that I see for the 1 sub setup is you said you only had 4cu.ft. that would be hard to do if you were doing 2-12"Mags you would probably want 5-6cubes !!
