hamed : The latest BIN for Pansat 2500A is version 284. It is better to use the version 284T. You will need a uploader called BL updater version 1.4. You will need instructions how to upload, and a straight DB9 cable (NOT a null cable)
Read Albino Midget's post - He has given several links. At future-fta you are required to be a member.
At dsstest*com, you can download files without becoming member.
Another important point to remember is that the files come zipped. You will need to unzip before you can use them. You will need winzip.exe, which is available at winzip.com site.

LK, there are some guys in my town who have their own shop at the local flea market. They sell satelites, receivers, etc. They always have tons of customers every weekend when the shop is open. The customers are always asking for the same thing; to get their receivers to work.
So the only thing these shop owners do is just load a new bin or change the codes to whatever is current. And then they charge $10 just for that.
Funny thing is, nobody says anything. The customers seem to give hardly a sh*t if they have to pay to get some ridiculously basic service which they could easily do themselves. All they desire is a working receiver to watch their free cricket, or wrestling or p*rn or whatever.
What do you think of this practice? Is it shame on the shop owners for taking advantage of an ignorant public? Or is it shame on the customers for not bothering to learn about something so basic?
Would you consider such a practice if you knew you could make easy money off clueless customers?

It is flu season. Everywhere it is published that you have to take two paracetamols, plenty of water and rest.
In spite of this, your GP is flooded with patients. You go in as his 45th patient, and recite your flu symptoms. He patiently examines you and advises you and tells you to do exactly what the general advice is.
That is how ordinary people behave when they need help and how knowledgeable people treat you when you need help.

To the ignorant fool.
You are standing in the queue at the Bank. Somebody ahead does not know how to swipe. The bank clerk, patiently explains the procedure to the customer. The customer still does not understand. The bank clerk swipes the card for the customer.
That is how ordinary people behave when they need help and how knowledgeable people treat you when you need help.

If you are still sitting in the dark, I suggest you find a flashlight or a candle, look for the switch and turn on the lights. I checked with the power company and your bill IS paid and your next door neighbour's light are working, and so is your fridge.

I'll help you! While ChancySands identifies his bins with a "T". The actual "T" Designation is for TIVO Codes.... So don't go by that. If you have a clone, you need to use a clone safe bin. How do you know it's a clone safe bin? Go to one of the reputable sites listed, go to the approprate section and then find out who posted the bin!

One of chancy's posts stated the only 'clone safe' bin by him is the one he modifies for the FLU which is also safe for PS2500a and it's clones. It is the Only bin he removes the kill code from......

That is 100% true...I spoke to chancy personally, thats why he posted that info to me in an email and then at 1 site, regarding his "T" (actually is for "Tested" bins)...he had/has 2700 and 3500 "T" bins, but are ONLY for genuine receivers...many people and sites were and still are, under impression that all his bins were CLONE safe, and adding that wrong info (clone safe)to ALL his file descriptions..he now adds either "Clone safe" or NOT for clones" to his bins..
