Silver Member Username: NydasPost Number: 765 Registered: Jun-06 | Khan Baba: Turn keys off and autoroll off. Put in the correct keys - Nagravision ID 0101 for DN or ID 0901 for BEV or both. Put in both Key 00 and Key 01 in each. Make sure you press OK to SAVE. Then Exit, change Key Off to Key on, leave autoroll off, go back into Nagravision 2, recheck both sets of keys, SAVE again, Exit, Exit, Exit and you should be OK. If not, switch off at the back and switch on. If not successful, post your receiver Model, and Bin version and date and other relavant information , as to when you were actively viewing everything. |

Silver Member Username: NydasPost Number: 768 Registered: Jun-06 | psychmonster: When you are in Nagravision 2 key entry mode, there is no TV and no "bad and scrambles channels". In fact, if you have the wrong keys, you do not get TV. There have been many people with "minor problems of morphing" and for people who keep on having problems in spite of entering correct keys, this is the correct way - enter the keys with keycode off and autoroll off, then turn on the keycode, then exit out and turn off the power and turn it on. The method that works counts and I have had two desparate people who defeated "key morphing" this way. I suggest you try my method with your 3500sd and watch TV with autoroll off, i.e. IF, ONLY IF, you are having problems. Again, if your receiver is working fine, there is no need to change anything. The bottom line is - IT CAN'T HURT. That is more than we can say about some incomplete advice that is being posted which ends up with people needing j-taging, etc. This is just a general statement, not directed against your posts or any particular person(s). Technically speaking, "key morphing" is a significant challenge to BL and other codes, and will probably get worse, before it is solved. |

Bronze Member Username: PsychmonsterChi town, Il USA Post Number: 39 Registered: Jul-06 | the day that BL and VS put out the autoroll fix back in Sept..I said that charlie had shot its wad and I felt that we were going to see a long uninterrupted time of prosperty for FTA...still feel that way...Charlie has spent millions trying new maps and then having to reconfigure existing customers so they wont be affected ...I think they are gonna wait for next technology in the future and are basically just gonna try and morph keys, because the underlings can say to the bosses that they are still doing something...so enjoy for awhile longer...and to those endless questions about new keys...get a reciever that is authentic and has a legitimate autoroll bin...stop wasting the precious time of the mods and the people that can read!!!...as one of the greatest mods of all time once said "Just seek and ye will find" look it up in the good book.. | |||
