anyone missing any channels on dish network after inputting new key? missing court tv,and a few others. says its scrambled and yet it has full strength.
I recently rehooked up my dishnetwork onto my box,now I have dish and bev,I've had them before,never moved my dishes. Now,some channels work and some don't.The ones that I put on the tv,Baby,NIckjr,any in the W's it says scrambled bad channel,then it does a tp update and the channels disappear.I understand what is happeneing when that happens,but it happens on every channel I turn to on Dish.Any ideas on what is happening?Yes I turned it off and back on.Same prob.
Julie First thing u need to do...TURN OFF the AUTO TP UPdate..once u do that, the auto tp update won't show up again....and now give me the list of those channel ur missing and can u please tell me wut kind of reciever u have ?
I am using Pansat 2500 a(clone). Not sure of all the channels I lost,but I have been trying to get mostly the cartoons for my daughter.Here are some channels that I've recently lost BABY NICK WSIU WSTM WSTQ WSYR WSYT.......i CAN GO ON AND ON.iT HAPPENS WITH THEM ALL.
U need to turn of the Auto TP...GO TO UR MENU and User Setup... at the bottom u will see Auto Tp..Turn That OFF
Then u need to do Blind scan...GO TO UR Menu Insallation then u will see Blind SCAN and then select ur sat and hit ok...let it scan all the way once it is done exit and see if that sloved ur problem ...Good luck
