hhahah if ur a hell of a box builder and make a band pass ull be fine but i think thats too dificult i think nobody can do that except with a computer software
haha man they have to be exacly calculated badn pass boxes are not typicaly louder they get loduer on upper frequensis and lack the ability to go down lower. a well a ported box will get as loud as a band pass and will soudn smuch better the thing about the band pas that like i said they lack teh abily to go lower hz they will smoke easily and bandpass play good in certain hz thats why they soudns soo boomby and most people think thats loud and get them.
make a ported box ull be better with flared ports 4 inch each portn in diameter
ported peak at 1 frequency.. bandpass peak at 2 frequencies.. so the response of the two boxes are a little different but depending on what the bandpass is tuned to it can still go low ;)
