I am looking at putting a sub in my rx8. I dont want to spend more than about 300 for the speaker.. i am looking for something that sounds clear and sharp, but can still pick up and hold lows. i listen to a lot of mid-paced house, chill/ambient, and a fair amount of hard rock. Ideally i want a 12". any opinions? ideas? as far as what box and amp will be used, unsure as of now, i am still looking into it
check out the SI BM...they are ~280 on Low-hz.com shipped. veddy nice drivers and will get loud on ~600wRMS..and they do well in small sealed enclosures...
