put in the platinum vie$tat bin in my extreme vie$tat. Now I am having problems. What I have done so far is redownload factory bin, redownload the before last bin and downloaded the lastest autoroll bin for view$tat extreme. I am getting a good signal, the guide is showing the programs, but I am not getting a picture, except for the free channels. Any suggestions?
I have also just tried putting in the new keys, same thing no picture.
yea, I know I fucked it up, lol

more than likely you will need a new updated bin 278 is most recent...believe in the 2500a in user setup there is an option for uploading that has to be turned to

Malikzain....

For any 2500 clone or original you need a RS232 "Straight" cable....check if you have that one, maybe you have a RS232C that one will not work, if you wat to use it go to radio shack and get a "Null modem adapter" by $10 and plug it into you existing cable, that must work...
