Kusat Pro 2600A - Help!

Could someone tell me if there is a fix for the Kusat Pro2600A out yet (and what is it called - a bin file?). I have used the new keys and still do not get much. I am missing all the PPV and a lot of channels (I only get about 50 working channels) Can someone help, please?

I am new at this posting thing too so not quite sure how it works. I thought the safest was to email. Can't help you with the bin version you have, I don't even know what mine is or where to find it either. Sorry!
