Help me, how do I program or edit my card 102 the dishnetwork?

I program my card model 102 the dishnetwork with nagraedit 5.2, but i don't know where can i get the new partch, Does somebody know how can I creade the image of the new key?
I have reciver model 3800 of the echostar
