lets see... first off find out which signal u want dishnet (echo9T-13ku) or bell express vu(nimiq 1.3ku) choose one find the signal with your dish pointing skills. then u need a bin file and gt rom loader get that at dss central, i think this is it in a nutshell hope this helps you out
make sure you are using the right port out of your computer once you got that have your receiver off when you plug it in then when you want to start downloading flick the switch in the back on wait till you see the green lines on your receiver they look like the knight rider... just when it does that hit download on the loader then wait
You have the original BIN file or you have set the Receiver to Default settings. Download the latest BL Bin and Install it and you'll have that option.
Pansat 2700A_060526_115_api this is what i have and when i go to parental control it show me old pin new pin and confirm pin option but no 2nd pin option
