HI all...I think i am setup correctly but here is the situation: I am getting both echostar 7 & 8 packages (110/119)..infact i am getting all other echostar orbital locations as well such as echostar 3/4 and 9... however when i do the blind scan on each locations, i am getting the same channels pickup on all locations...regardless what which satellite...why? BUT MY MAIN QUESTION IS, I do pickup all the channels, including PPV, HBO,locals..etc..etc, but I realize WHY I dont pickup alot of other premier DISH channels such as ESPN or FOXSPORTs..Los angeles locals.....etc..? HOW CAN I GET ESPN MAINLY? Thanking you ahead early...
otter check your LNBs. Think about it this way.. It does't matter what you call the sat. The dish has to be connected to your box correctly to get channels right. Your box does't know what sat you have until you tell it either 1 or 2..etc So again check your LNB settings.
thanks donyah... at this moment, i have confirmed my LNBs settings..everything is correct based on my 4x1 diseq, which each individual LNBs goes into its own port and that on my pansat settings, i have confirmed and made sure that each satellite points to that diseq... so i dont know what else it can be?... Is it because of the channelist on my pansat program list is old and needs to be updated by the null cable?
