I have a skyview 600 which is very similar to the Captiveworks 600 and I do not have any problems. Make sure to turn off auto roll and to enter the keys in the correct location. On my skyview I entered the new keys for Prov ID = '00 0101' and index = '80' and it worked right away. I hope this helps
