I see crutchfield has some for 30bucks. I don't know should I just go with that seeing I need to get a couple things from there. Also where should I get the speaker terminal for the sub? Crutchfield again? |

Gold Member Username: Dustin3Tigard, OR U.S. Post Number: 3410 Registered: Oct-05 | not really. bcae1.com has a section on box carpeting. i have been learning myself  and carpet is not capret, usually the cheaper stuff is thick and not very flexible meaning its hard to get around the edgesof the box. Good quality carpet is thick but its very flexible. just go to ur local cau audio shop, it will be cheaper than buyin onine. |

Post Number: 9038 Registered: Jul-05 | i have 2 disagree on carpet is carpet available locally where im from we get 2 kinds of box carpet - 1 type has rather compact fibres & is a lil bit more stiifer , other type the fibres r a bit more loose/furry , the furry kind obviously has a different texture BUT the biggest problem with it is that it soaks up more contact cement when u apply it but it is also a bit more stretchy than the other type - i prefer the more compact lil bit more stiffer carpet , but either works just as fine tho .......just my 2cents here ... |
