Wednesday, August 23, 2006 - 02:56 GMT you should be able to get the pair pretty cheap and it will sound good for a girls car, she will like it... if you can build boxes, you can add a nice touch by building her a cool ported box for pretty cheap...

Wednesday, August 23, 2006 - 03:01 GMT sounds nice, but pioneer amps aren't that good, i'd look for a mtx or kicker amp.

Wednesday, August 23, 2006 - 18:32 GMT dual 4 ohm, so I'd want to run the amp at 2 ohms

Wednesday, August 23, 2006 - 18:42 GMT how about an alpine mrp-m450, its 400 watts rms at 2 ohms, is that too much rms to put to that sub?

Wednesday, August 23, 2006 - 19:39 GMT if 400 watts rms is ok to put the the elcipse which can only handle 350 it states, then I am between the kicker zx400.1 and the alpine mrp-m450 unless you guys have a better option that would be less expensive...

Thursday, August 24, 2006 - 00:34 GMT the kicker is the better of the 2 amps, but either amp would work. i'd get the cheapest.
